Kim Cornett
Kim is the founder of KCB Consulting, L.L.C. She is a veteran educator with a variety of teaching experiences with adult and early childhood learners. She is a highly accomplished visionary with over five years experience in strategic teambuilding at the state level. Kim has taught for the Georgia Department of Technical Colleges, the Georgia Department of Juvenile Correction, the Georgia Department of Education, multiple public and private elementary school systems, and a liberal arts junior college.

She is certified as an early childhood educator and is credentialed as a home school evaluator. Kim worked as an independent contractor for the Georgia Office of School Readiness and co-authored Primary In-Tech, a professional development course designed to instruct in-service early childhood educators on ways to integrate technology into the heart of the early childhood curriculum for young children Pre-K through 2nd Grade. She has conducted teambuilding seminars and corporate training for Georgia’s Quick Start Program. She has also worked in pubic relations for the Northwest Georgia Regional Development Commission (APDC).

Kim has a B.A. in Mass Communications and Public Relations from Florida State University. Her Masters Degree is in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University and she is finishing her doctorate in Early Childhood Education, Birth through 8 years.

C.B. Cornett
Coach C.B. Cornett is an expert in personal fitness and conditioning with over 30 years experience in developing, designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for individuals and student athletes. He has won state championships in football and wrestling. A veteran educator and high school football coach, he has had taught and coached in multiple school systems. He has a B.A. in Health and Physical Education and M. Ed. in Educational Technology. Coach Cornett’s pragmatic technical know-how in teambuilding, performance training, and performance assessment offers his clients a value-added return on their investment.
